The Platoon has a rounded nose, full outline and up-front and parallel rails creating a generous sweet spot through the middle of the board. As you jump to your feet the board will feel stable allowing you to make any slight adjustments necessary to your stance as you start the ride.

 

Once up and riding "The Platoon" will feel smooth yet responsive enough to make flowing turns and direction changes on the face of the wave. Beginners through to intermediates will also find this board paddles exceptionally well which is an advantage with getting into waves nice and early.
